I've not seen him myself but going off the managers who are allegedly chasing him then he must have something special.The worry is that our need,in Matic's role/position,is somewhat greater than Chelsea's and yet they would be the ones further strengthening.

Chelsea need a class midfielder much more than we do. Neither team has depth, but we have more quality in Yaya and Fernandinho.

I was furious when we let him go in the first place. But I suppose we got Ramires so it was worth it. I'd love him back though, I was one of his advocates on our forums when he was in the youth team.

Your central midfield is much better stocked than ours. Luiz is back in there again and we've been relying on Lampard as a regular for most of the season. Only Ramires is of the calibre you'd expect of a top team CM starter. If we added Matic we'd improve a serious problem area, which only leaves striker as the point of concern.

Not really he is a decent dribbler and can start attacks from deep.

It's just best to move on from Matuidi as his verbal commitment to PSG is because he's battling an on going lawsuit between agents. Reason why he can't sign anything allegedly with anyone. Surely wont be resolved during the window.

Are they actually reporting it for themselves or just basing it off the same sources though? Hard to believe it happened during the game, or that if it had already been agreed before the game, that he would have been allowed to play?

You seem to really rate him Oscar, followed him a lot in Portugal? I've only seen him a hand full of times since he left Chelsea. He was impressive for them in the Europa final though. Their midfield overran ours despite us being the favourites.
