Just an example The current owners, management and everyone at our club had zero involvement in the abuse of our young players but they were big enough to accept that the legal entity that is Manchester City FC Limited had an obligation to deal with it.

A bit different that one…

I am pretty sure there is no appeal to CAS at the PL. It would go through the UK court system.
Both parties of a CAS case accept there is no appeal process however, as CAS is a legal entity in Switzerland they have to accept that it is possible to appeal to the Swiss courts

Just had a text from the club pushing tickets - obviously none of you fair weather armchair cunts are up for it for a fair weather armchair **** like me to be asked.

Not sure how true that is. And if it is, it's a mistake on the Geordies' part. He'll be 38 next birthday, just how often would he be playing?

I’d expect the Eddie Howe and the fans are just thrilled at the prospect of having this cockwomble thrust into the team.

Saudi owned Newcastle so could well be something in it or just putting 2+2 and getting 5 ..

Will be interesting to see if the press go with the Saudi royal / Al-Nassr link if Newcastle is really involved somehow, or whether they will hold fire in case Liverpool or United get bought out by a Saudi entity.

Seriously any club with anything about them wouldn’t touch him with a barge pole .......... he will go in make it about him and destroy any type of team spirit there ......... just a pity the twat didn’t stay at United for the next 6 months :(

He’s done a brilliant job at Newcastle the squads in harmony so why would you let him to destroy all that ?????

Pity the Saudis didnt buy Sunderland instead, i would have enjoyed that much more

Not a chance they were going to buy a club in the third division and our 20% owners had ties to Newcastle. Amanda from Thirsk supported Newcastle and the Ruebens have a lot of money in the city.

What are you on about? We always sell our games out, home and away. We've just put some tickets up for sale to season ticket holders/members because Leicester haven't sold their full allocation for the League Cup match but they'll go.

Sheff Wed is sold out in the FA Cup, Fulham in the league is sold out and Crystal Palace away on 21st January with a restricted view are still on sale to season ticket holders, they'll not go to members.

Home and away tickets rarely, if ever, go on general sale.
