That's Burnley relegated. A lot is going to depend on Cornet and he's away at AFCON.

I'd say exactly what they need.

Look at how crap all the bottom few teams are. Chances are if any team pulls 4 wins out of their arse, it probably saves them.

Not a signing for the future, just the next 6 months. But that's all that matters right now.

Poor signing for the money and way Newcastle play, the only logic in knee capping a rival.

Come on Watford.

Smart move. Deplete your relegation rival and strengthen your own side. Money no object so worth the punt.

Are they oil bastards too?

Yeah Yank is derogatory and I should be better than that and said American owners.

It’s just that these Americans are the ones who are ruining clubs and the premier league it pisses me of.

You could made your point better than that though.

Somethings happened, last 4 seasons (so 36-40 years old) he's scored 66 goals in 130 games.

Don't know whether I'm more impressed with his goal ratio or the amount of games played!

I think it is a bit of a cliche that he was always injured.

There aren't that many big spells out.

But he was never going to get a consistent run in the team once we signed better players like Tevez and Adebayor.

Before his spell in his home country he was only ever really prolific at blackburn, his best strength was always his hold-up play and ability to bring others into the game.

Which made him a favourite for his national side at the expense of Oscar Cardozo, a more prolific scorer at club level.

Seems to get more chances to play the poacher part of his game than target man nowadays.
