I think a few do, the issue is if tey get promoted.
In the past couple of years Harrogate & Sutton have had to remove their pitches once in the EFL, this can lead to a loss of revenue not just with the outlay of a grass replacemnet but with 3/4G it can be a community asset used all year round.
