on skyscraper city, someone bought their child an etihad model to build and it seems like the north stand is more likely to mirror the south stand:

Currently SS level 1 ST holder, if they build a singing section with ST no more than £500 I'm on the move, however I reckon my ST will not be resold it will go to the tourist at double the price.

I know we're all desperate for news but City aren't going to tip their hand by telling the model manufacturers exactly what to make it look like :)

This came out ages ago when we showed off designs with both ends mirroring.

Thinking about it, I think you may have triggered Lex to find models of single tier stands to post. Expect multiple pics incoming any minute :)

PMSL! i hope its a one or two tier stand mate, i persoanlly think it will just be easier and cheaper for the club to mirror the south stand? Maybe if it was only the north stand expansion it would be different but if its a huge job including a hotel, new shop store, fan plaza and maybe more then cost will be a huge part imo.

It probably would be cheaper, but if it mirrors the south stand I think it would be the lazy/ boring option. If we want a world class stadium that is unique then it’s gotta be 2 tiers

agree mate, oh and an LED stadium wrap!

Looking down at that model it looks like we could easily expand the sides( without keeping has it is and just filling the corners). That would I think take us up to 80.000.

Think it was first sold around the time of the SS extension, made from the original plannig applicaton.

I’m sure the south stand remained open as normal mate from memory
