Upon completion, guests will also have access to a wide variety of food and drink outlets, a roof walk and museum experience and commercial office space in the expanded stadium area.

To capitalize on the high demand for large corporate and MICE facilities in Manchester – one of the UK’s most desirable and fastest growing cities for both tourists and businesses – the hotel will have access to meeting and events space available at the Etihad Stadium and is easily accessible from the city centre.

Makes sense, and I had previously made this point before when we were speculating on who/how would get access etc.

Radisson Blu is the upmarket branding for Radisson. Looking at prices at the Radisson Blu in Manchester for our next home game, prices are £260 for the night up to over £1000 for a suite. If you throw in the competition for rooms from concert goers, it looks like the Premier Inn will retain our business. Oh well, it was a nice dream.

By the time this opens, the Prem Inn will probably be pushing £260 a night mate.

I'm not even joking btw, unfortunately.

Sadly you are probably correct. To be honest, the time is coming when we pick our games very, very carefully so having a splurge 4 or 5 times a season might be what we do rather than try and make as many as we can.

I will definitely try and use the hotel when it first opens although I was serious about competition from concert goers. after all gig dates are set sometimes a year in advance compared to match days.....

Competition from the gig goers? Neither footy fans nor giggers will stand a chance against the Sheikh booking up all the rooms to boost the figures, like he buys up all our empty seats.
 
It’s not changed has it though, we’ve known it was going to look like that from the start pretty much?

https://sglsystem.com/ used in stadia with shading issues and to generate grass plant recovery in the colder months. These lights, plus the hybrid stitching and under soil heating go a long way to explain why modern football pitches are so much better than they used to be
