The finish is absolutely miles better than the south stand build. Not even polished off either.

237 mate. Sort of our equivalent seats at the front of the third tier south stand so same price. We were 8 together in the SS. 2 a few rows back. Couple of older people with us, back easier to north manchester and hopefully use the new facilities in medlock square etc

I counted 160 steps (approx) from the ground to the back of the stand, if that helps anyone.

Not exactly, there’s actually space for another seat on some of the rows but it’s barriered off as they’d not see the corner flag.
