North Stand Expansion

I'm sure City would have tried to secure this land off-market, but presumably Cushman's have advised them to take it to the market either to see if they can get better offers elsewhere or to benchmark the value and sense-check what City are offering. Considering our involvement in the wider land you'd imagine there's only one place this land is going! I hope so anyway.
Pay the price.

Land with 'Marriage Value' is at a premium and our owners are experts at building up,down and out.

In 10 years it'll look chep !!

Anyone know when they will take the north stand roof off ?
The back part, during this off-season break. The front part much later on, possibly next summer. Need to
get the props in first.

There is a bit of a cycle loop to break, before all starts falling into place.

City dominated the match and were leading from an Alex Harley goal. It would have been arounf 5 minutes from the end when Law won the dodgy penalty.

That draw pretty well ensured relegation for City and survival for United with the final round of fixtures to play.
That dodgy penalty came from Harry Dowd being kicked in the head if irc

Glasgow Rangers are expanding their singing section. Many clubs are expanding their singing sections.

What are City doing with our new home end?

——-

Work in progress in the Copland Road stand.

Additionally, following trials earlier in the season and further to supporter and men’s first-team player feedback, the club will introduce an expanded singing section within the Copland Front.

The Ibrox atmosphere is renowned the world over, and the club are committed to enhancing that even further to ensure our famous home remains one of football’s most iconic venues.

Allied to these changes, a new cantilever will be constructed at the front of the Copland Rear with almost 1000 new seats, meaning a net-capacity increase of almost 600, with these new seats having some of the best views of the Ibrox pitch.

As part of this, a number of supporters in existing seats will be relocated, and the club are extremely cognisant of the emotional attachment they may have to their place within the stadium. The new accessible platform will replace the five backrows rows across CF1 to CF5 Rows W, X, Y, Z and AA and the singing section will be located at CF3 seats 86 – 99 and CF4 seats 100 – 113.

Have they not paused or even cancelled the expansion yet given the latest news?
If we win and get paid out from the PL, I expect the club to announce the expansion of the east and west stands ,a 10 year extension to Pep's contract and the record signing of Bruno, followed by numerous other signings.

The hornet's nest has been disturbed.

Glasgow rangers should be more concerned in buying quality players to stop the domination of Celtic, the atmosphere at Ibrox is the last problem to worry about.
