I really like the new Everton stadium. It’ll be a fantastic venue when it’s finished. Anfield looks even worse now compared to it.

I was in there yesterday on a tour, its even more impressive in person, the south stand is ridiculously steep.

I must be the only one who doesn't like it, it looks soulless and boring, hope that changes for them, probably my uneducated eyes.

Agreed, I won't compare it to ours though as that's a bit of a fools errand. I do wonder about access though, given it's only one way out. Unless they've got a flotilla of water taxis at the ready.

Take it they will remove those yellow platforms when these enabling works are done? Looks like they take up 3-4 rows.

Presumably, although haven't the back 3 or 4 rows already been closed off and the ST's relocated?

Also noticing that tier 2 looks exposed to the elements a bit. I don’t think the roof removal went that far forward with the south stand development.

I think the outside looks class with it being on the docks and the design of it. Inside however I think is so bland and pretty boring. Could just be pride park or the riverside, that’s how dull I think it looks.

This gap looks even further forward. Could be a perspective thing though.
