The point was he still won't make the bench even with De Bruyne injured. How? How is "Zinchenko might be first reserve" the same as "Zinchenko clearly won't be first reserve"
Sorry that was evidently too subtle for you

Are you "special"?It wasn't subtle it was just clear as fucking mud, and on top of that, in all probability, wrong.
With De Bruyne out and no-one coming in as a DM, Zinchenko could even get some minutes in midfield.Look at this from his point of view. Yes not first choice but.....Mendy coming back off a long term injury - question over his fitness reliability will exist until he's played a run of consecutive games, Delph is injury prone and always has been, Danilo is currently injured. It's not hard to envisage Zinc seeing action early on. He clearly enjoys being at City and appears a popular member of the squad at a club challenging on all fronts. Ok so he could have moved to Wolves and been a first choice but this time next year they could be in the Championship. That's a massive backward step.
With the two Silva`s and Foden available for this position before we have to change formation it is not really a reason, much as i admire his determination he should have gone, he is taking up a foreign spot when there are plenty better out there, but hey he is here so here`s to proving me wrong.Told you we should keep him,all of a sudden pep might have to change to cover kev as he is central to everything we do and who knows zinchy might be invaluable in covering different positions

Real Betis have entered negotiations with Manchester City about signing Oleksandr Zinchenko (21) on a season-long loan deal. City are open to letting the Ukraine international go out on loan for more game time. [Mundo Deportivo]

+1Betis is a good option for him.
Silly boy if he sticks around....
Delph is still in front of him for making the bench and probably Brahim as well. Danilo goes in front of him when he comes back from injury.
He is in a losing battle to even make the bench yet many here want him to stay and fight for his place. Fucking LOL.
I said he won’t be in the squad until earliest when the league cup starts which is a month from now.
If he has not a move lined up to Europe somewhere then he was really stupid to turn down Wolves. Hopefully the Betis rumour is true.Delph is still in front of him for making the bench and probably Brahim as well. Danilo goes in front of him when he comes back from injury.

Not sure what KDB's injury has to do with Zinchenko as we have Foden and Diaz?City WatchVerified account @City_Watch 3h3 hours ago
Oleksandr Zinchenko is awaiting Manchester City's decision before potentially joining Real Betis. De Bruyne's injury means City have to consider whether to let the Ukrainian go. Zinchenko is also tempted by Girona, while Celtic have come knocking at the door. [ABC de Sevilla]
Don't do it Oleks.while Celtic have come knocking at the door
