Zinchenko's agents have again been at Real Betis offices for a brief meeting to finalise some details from Monday. A potential move to Betis is now more advanced but also still frozen, depending on Manchester City's decision and if Betis sign Rafinha (Barcelona). [ABC de Sevilla]

I really hope he takes this. Betis are a dream loan side. Attacking football, good coach in a top league. Europa League football this season, 49,000 season ticket holders, one of the best derbies in europe, great city.

Celtic?? Lol,he's so far above above their level.

As for payment, what are they going to offer this time? A van full of Irn Bru?
Only if they’ve suddenly won a slogan competition for a few free cases of the stuff.
Still, looking on the bright side, it’s a damn sight more than we ever got for the (combined) loans of Denayar, Sinclair & Roberts

Real Betis have made a formal offer to Manchester City to sign Oleksandr Zinchenko (21) on loan with an option or obligation to buy him for €12m (£10.8m). They would pay in three instalments with City having a 20% sell-on clause. [Mundo Deportivo]
Decent offer, id take that tbh as its clear Zinchenko doesn't really fancy to play at the smaller clubs in the PL.

He's made his choice to stay so the time he spends on the field is purely self initiated.

Yeah. Can only see him playing in the first couple of rounds of the Carabao Cup and perhaps being on the bench very occasionally. May be part of a January deal with Wolves that sees us sign Reuben Neves?

Won’t even make bench until Oxford United away 3 weeks from now but hey at least he stayed and is fighting for his place right??
