If it was a choice of Winks on a free or Zinchenko for £40 million i would still take Zinchenko, Winks is as good as Davis, perhaps some do not realize the importance of winning trophies but they do change a players mentality, just a side not does Zinchenko still hold the highest win % the EPL has ever seen?. Everton would be mad not to grab what they need.
