Paqueta Charged By The FA.

Here's a deal. we'll let you have him for 50 mill, thats half price and a bargain for this Brazilian bad boy.

if he's charged and can't play, then thats just some lost spare change gone for you lot, we could loan you Danny Ings for a season as a token of goodwill.

If he isn't charged then you have a world class Brazilian internation for just 50 mill.

win/win.

Maybe...

At the same time, you'd be pretty fucking stupid to think that you'd get away with it.

Paqueta is a brilliant footballer - if he's guilty as charged that he should rightly receive a life ban from professional football. Which is a shame for him - and for all the fun and excitement for fans he might have created.
I dont know what his level of intelligence is like

Not happening.

Signing a suspected cheat is, for starters, a public relations nightmare.

Next... what if he is guilty? What new infractions might he commit once City or some other club signs him?

Every reputable club will avoid Paqueta like the veritable plague and rightly so until (unlikely IMO) he clears himself of charges.

I think @BlueHammer85's suggestion was extremely tongue-in-cheek.

Rags will take him then

Let's try to keep the thread "on topic", please. In that spirit, when is the case likely to come to a conclusion?
Charged at the end of May, had to respond by 5th June - then it's all gone VERY silent.
Maybe our case having knock on effects tying up all PL resources ;)
From previous it seems it could be next bloody year before they get to sorting it out!
