Paul Lake

Paul,
I am not ashamed to admit that I nearly passed out when you swallowed your tongue against Leicester City at Maine Road, I was stood in the Kippax at the time.

Paul,

Looking forward to the 19th September when we do the official launch of the OSC.
Met you at one of the meetings and you were top class, had time for everyone.

See you there!!

Shame on the sceptics who thought this wasn't Lakey! Read more about the BBC Radio Manchester show at http://www.footypundette.blogspot.com , we will be looking through messageboards, fan sites and the likes of Bluemoon for interesting, quirky and topical issues to use on the show. Welcome to Bluemoon Paul, will return your phonecall now!

Emily,
Just followed your link and saw your pic,
I never forget a face and you sit 2 rows behind me.

It's a bit mad when you read about yourself. Really kind of all the Blues who take the time to speak about me. I know you all appreciate how much it meant to me to wear the sky blue shirt and I'm sure Hughsey will instill that into the current set of lads.

Its been mentioned that I work as a Physiotherapist but I am also trying to eke a career in the Media world and so am starting a weekly City show on August 18th (Tuesday) with Ian Cheeseman on Radio Manchester. Hoping to be as interactive and irreverent as the show will allow, with plenty of 'off the wall' stuff as well as links into the past with some pretty cool archive commentary, where-are-they-now stuff with interviews etc. All about celebrating being a Blue, basically.

We're ironing out the format as we speak in fact. Hope this might provoke some interest and any thoughts of what you guys would like to hear (news, features etc.) As I said, it's more about the positives of being a City fan...

Lakey

Guys, sorry if you thought this was a wind-up last night. Should have maybe registered with my own name but thought I might look like a big time Charlie if I did. But it is me, honest guv!

Thanks for all kind comments, and please feel free to PM me (see, I'm getting the hang of all this techno-speak) if you want to share any ideas about the Radio Manchester show starting August 18th (plug plug).

Lakey

Top man, Lakey. Good luck for the radio show - sounds great.
