According to "Pep Confidential" - chronicling Pep's time at Bayern - Pep lets the players decide who to take the penalties. Moreover, penalties didn't seem to be practiced.

Unless Aguero continues to miss with some regularity, I expect that Kun will be taking our penalties for as long as he's at the club with Pep in charge.

He has now missed 8 penalties since 2013. I think that's too many. He has a 66% conversion rate which I think is too low.

For me he shouldn't be taking them with stats like that and I personally couldn't give a fuck if he wins the golden boot or not. It should always be about the team not individuals.

We've got a few that I wouldn't trust. Clichy, silva, sterling and gundogan all either prefer to pass or don't strike the ball well.

I did wonder whether otamendi would take one on his arse but pep seems to grown on his constant going to ground.
