This post deserves a wider audience.He's probably thinking that the Chumps is beyond his team in the knockout phases with the squad he has available to him.
- A GK that is useless at saving pens.
- A RB that has brain-dead moments creeping into his game.
- A RB that is more effective floating in MF.
- A CB that is now third choice and errors creeping into his game.
- One functioning LB without a reliable backup.
- A DM on his last legs.
- A RW who can blow hot or cold.
- A world class MF slowly being nursed into action.
- A world class striker slowly being nursed into action.
- An offside striker that is more effective on the left.
- A rookie as an emergency striker.
- A front man who's touch, goals and form has deserted him.
Other than that, its looking good for the PL title.

He stated in that interview he wouldn't of said anything about the ref if the score had finished 1-1 because it would just look like an excuse. I can see where he's coming from on that. He said a bit more than usual and a bit of it was aimed at certain people on the bench, maybe. Controversially I think while KDB was injured we were actually a more balanced team.More than Var I think. His pre match presser was more vocal than usual. He spoke about no thinking on Ferna & Sergio contract situations until the international break. He also said it was the serious part of the season and no time to give people game time to get more minutes into them. He alluded to decisions to be made later about loans and people with contracts maybe moving on. I think what Angelinho said and Klopp's whinging about money, the derby loss and the negative attitude towards the club are giving him the hump. He also spoke about people staying on the bench and playing those who supported him through the season from now on. Maybe just squeaky bum time but I get the feeling he wants those 4 trophies badly so he can stick 2 fingers up at City's detractors, no more Mr. Nice Guy until June IMHO.
Yes I noticed it too and I wish he'd gone further and said we are reffed differently at home and Europe because there is a clear agenda against us.
There are lots of evidence of ludicrous decisions given against us and not going for us. He should ask everyone to go and watch the Foden non penalty incident again and explain why Martin Atkinson saw what they saw and decided it wasn't a penalty.
Then ask what is the point of var if it isn't used to correct a blatant injustice by the onfield ref. Then ask why are lots of bad decisions in our games involving referee's like Atkinson, Moss, Mason and Oliver in particular?
Our club should compile a dossier of every blatant decision that has gone against us since 2012 when it was obvious we were a major threat and not going away and present it. We should ask why there is a combined effort by the media and other club's owners to cheat, stifle, block,plot and consistently smear our name and belittle our achievements.
They should ask how is it allowed for a number of clubs to collude together and sign a letter to try and influence CAS into banning us from Europe. The list of justified grievances goes on and on.
As for his comments regarding certain players I thought that was telling. He as good as said if they have only their interests at heart and not the team and club they will stay sat on the bench. Something is rumbling behind the scenes with certain individuals and you can bet Pep will fuck them off close season if the right deals can be done getting them out and quality replacements in. He has moved on huge names before and he will do it again.
And will do in the summer I think

Funny thing is we were iffy when KDB got injured and then stumbled on a great run of form.Hardly a fringe viewpoint and I'd partially agree, but let's see how we look once he's fully match sharp again.maybe KDB or Gundo not both, simply because they can both play the focal midfield role accepting responsibility and its a luxury that leaves us a bit open at times. It also squeezes out Silva.
