What you sighing for?Sigh
What you sighing for?Sigh
Am i the only one who knows how injuries workWhat you sighing for?
Because we have so many injuries he has no real choiceFor someone apparently so meticulous in planning and understanding of the game. I'd love to know why he keeps doing the same thing in the past several weeks.
It's a bigger mystery why a lot on here are failing to grasp that very simple fact.Because we have so many injuries he has no real choice
I think he’s stubborn, he doesn’t want to change our way of playing for the sake of a few injuries due to the message it would send out.For someone apparently so meticulous in planning and understanding of the game. I'd love to know why he keeps doing the same thing in the past several weeks.

I think he’s banking on us turning it around with a few faces coming back into the fold from injury so that we can say, ‘we’re back’, rather than becoming more defensive to grind out results. It’s a matter of identity. Big clubs don’t sit back.
What are you saying I genuinely don’t understand, did you read my post? It's an opinion.
City not a big club ....................really ?
What are you saying I genuinely don’t understand, did you read my post?
You are suggesting it in your " it's a matter of identity ......
What does that mean ?
Bollocks.Because we have so many injuries he has no real choice
If you mean that Pep won't adopt a more defensive approach until the issues are resolved, I don't agree.
Pep is pragmatic and open to doing plenty of things before and during games, so are you saying the opposite ?
No he doesnt cry too much about injuries , he has explained many times why he sometimes makes no subsDoes he cry too much about injuries?
I am asking because when he has all players he makes no subs in the game very often.
Bollocks.
I'd rather play with 10 men then Walker.
I’m trying to say that Pep will not relent on his principles and change his style of play as he sees it as his and the clubs identity. You are suggesting it in your " it's a matter of identity ......

We want to dominate games and he’s going to try and do that until we have the squad to actually do it.
I don't believe he will stubbornly persist with a plan or formation which is not working. He's changed formations and plans on a number of occasions.
Atm I do not understand his substitution approach /timing or why McAtee not getting a look in. And he is maybe protecting the young players for fear of damaging their confidence .
I believe the real issue is that we clearly do not know the full extent of player fitness/ ability to play with niggles etc. but they cannot be in a great state based upon the performances witnessed.
Player form/confidence isn't factored either as Gundogan looks way off, Gvardiol is making so many unexepected mistakes, Akanji clearly not fit, and Dias apart, the defence is as jumpy as kittens.
The two games per week in the current situation, is adding more pressure on both Pep and the players.
