I personally think he will walk at the end of the season.

He needs a rest, has a lot going on in his private life and won't be here long enough to see out the full rebuild cycle.

The contract extension back in November was to get the press off his and the teams back, I think this season was always going to be his last.
 
Give him the rest of the season off because his stubbornness is strangling this team and the squad don’t seem to be playing for him anymore. Tactics and subs are senseless and we’re being outdone by clubs with less resources.
 
Honestly some of the best subs I've ever seen, Bernie Silva on the wing when you need a goal and then replacing him after 20 minutes with Foden, and then brings off his best player for a finished Kev with 5 minutes to go, no wonder we never score late goals with this genius use of the bench, oh and Gundo and Doku getting 90 minutes but Grealish gets zero, I don't want to ever hear that he doesn't pick his favourites or that players get picked based on their form because it's obviously rubbish.
 
Big questions need to be asked of him now. He has had a week to come up with something new and instead does nothing but more of the same. Strange tactics and subs most of the season now. Also, has helped to see the dumbing down on the squad in terms of quality.
 
Tactics and team selection not the issue today. Too many players absolutely shocking and the options on the bench are no better.

Unless he told them at half time to defend a corner like an u8s team, I'm not going to hold him responsible.
