i know hes got a liverpool and wembley ticket because im going with him but im sure he will be extremely greatful for people who will let him use their seasoncard for the other games left...... anyway we will have to see what happens to him

P. Fletcher banned my grandad (76 years old followed city all his life) for 3 games including the utd home semi final wich he had already purchased the ticket and was not refunded and he was gutted he missed out on that game after really looking forward to it.

The reason he was banned was because my little sister used the ticket (because he couldnt make it to the game due to illness, i forget who we was playing then)
and we asked one of the people outside the ground, the people with "ASK ANY QUESTION" or summit along those lines on their backs, what the deal would be with using the card.

They said we can upgrade it, so we went to the ticket office to upgrade it, the imbocile in the ticket office said we cant use the card or upgrade it and kept hold of it & wouldnt give it us back and told us to get intouch with THIS FLETCHER TWAT!

After sending several e-mails to P.Fletcher and trying to call him, (THIS GUY DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE!?!?!?) it's impossible to get in touch with him, i decided to go to his office my self, n like i said before in the thread got escorted out.

I cant stand him and i would love to smack the smug ****.

we really need to get somthing going about this and report him to who ever is above,this guy thinks he's the law, i had dealings with him when he banned my lad,its true he only talks in letters arrogant toss pot

if an adult used a childs ticket then fair enough but if a child uses and adults ticket then what is the problem? they arnt exactly trying to get a cheaper ticket are they?

more people have had bad experiences with him than i thought!!!!! :@

would it be any good if i emaild danny wilson and made him aware of this thread and ask him who i should contact on behalf of bluemoon to make a complaint

i have let my dad use my ticket when ive had to miss games last minute just so my 12 year old lad didn't have to miss the game. whats the fucking problem with that ?

as said earlier on this page the club will be aware of this, they do read this forum and they have contacted me through it, via a mod.

a complaint, if any, should come from swp80 at this time, not from 'bluemoon' imo
