PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Everton's situation has fuck all to do with ours. Everton committed an obvious breach of FFP documented for all to see in their own books and additionally have not offered any defense other than hoping they didn't get slammed for it. Their beef is that the penalty is overly harsh relative to their indiscretion.

We haven't been proven to violate a single rule nor have we admitted to any wrongdoing whatsoever. They can charge us with a million breaches but if none are proven valid what's the point?

These assholes in the media are actually trying to pass off Everton's fucking up as some sort of statement of proof versus City. It's absurd under any form of rational thinking. I know they obviously don't care but they are making themselves look like complete morons...
The two cases are totally different. The Everton one was easy for them, the equivalent of a tap in on the goal line. City's case on the other hand is far more complicated as the burden of prove is on the Premier League. They have already been going at for over 4 years and we still haven't been found guilty of anything.

But if the club are innocent then why accept that? I think this is the final end game now of this either being proven we lied and heads will roll or the premier league being proven as corrupt.
There's also a third possibility - that the independent regulator takes up post before our case gets to an independent commission and upon re-examining our case it is decided that no further action should be taken. What the world of football thickies don't realise when they screech 'what about City????' is that our case is far more complex, allegedly took place over a longer period, and contains accusations so severe that it is impossible to imagine that it could have been concluded before the cut-and-dry case of Everton. The King's Speech made it very clear that the regulator is coming sooner rather than later, and no amount of Jamie Carragher libelling City as procrastinators will expedite the case.

He'll be lucky, with that accent!

Here's a way to combat the unrelenting media vitriol.....buy the fuckers up!!

The Telegraph reporting that the Barclay family who controlled it for decades until Lloyds seized control due to unpaid loans have made a bid to take back control by paying the full 1.2 billion owed. That money is coming from a media investment fund called Redbird IMI, of which Sheikh Mansour is a major investor. Hope he insists Ducker and Wallace get the chop :)
Why would he do that? The toilets are still going to need cleaning.
