So hands up all those following this thread who would have loved to have been asking the questions at this morning's Select Committee. The standard of questioning was woeful and showed just how much the politicians have been influenced by media reporting.

First up. So Mr Masters when you were privately interviewed by both Manchester United and Liverpool prior to your appointment as ceo of the Premier league what assurances did both clubs seek from you??

Imagine a football landscape without FFP. With Pep and our set up we would probably be sitting on a basket of trophy’s. The Yanks would be left behind as they would not care to spend.
