Totally agree that we can't use whataboutery when defending ourselves against the current allegations and no way City would resort to that. However, if we're cleared then we'd be within our rights to demand that the PL investigate the finances of certain other clubs with the same vigour that they've investigated us, starting with Liverpool's (alleged) non-existent £35m of costs for their non-existent new stadium in Stanley Park that saw them magically pass UEFA's FFP regs around a decade ago. Of course that would be time-barred under UEFA's own rules but not necessarily under the Premier League's.I suspect City wouldn't want it resurrected either, why people keep bringing it up is just "whataboutery" nonsense.
