Tin hats time for all blues travelling to away matches for the rest of the season. Loads of shit coming our way from the neanderthal knobs of rival clubs, starting with those wankers on Wednesday
Lipton has a lot of shit to say and he's a Spurs fan. Another twat with a speech impediment.
Crikey, there is no sitting on the fence there.Former footballer from Ireland calling it out as well https://www.buzz.ie/sport/soccer/premier-league-clubs-dissing-manchester-29193391
I think we can safely say it was one of the errors. Is the grass being the wrong length still a charge or was that one of the errors?
The difference is permanence, so a broadcast is libel as it can be repeated ad infinitum. It wouldn’t be libellous anyway. It would be Slander :-)
Plenty of quotes from unnamed sources. None of them have the balls to put their name to them.I'm sure someone can find a gif of a crowd pushing someone who is reluctant to the front of the group who then shits it looking at what he's facing.
Not only do we support it I'm of the opinion that our Political Power via AD may very well have given a dossier of events we met and incriminating papers we collected to instigate the White Paper.Utd. Liverpool, Arsenal etc lose their grip of power and influence once the white paper comes in and is implemented and they know it.
Not sure how correct that is. The PL will still exist as an organization and business and competition. It will only lose its ability to self regulate its members and rules. That will be vested in an independent regulator.
Lettuce pray.No, that was Cucumberus.
I agree the PL will be in a battle to retain their influence if an independent regulator is imposed on football, however any such regulator will need experience of the game at the top level otherwise those representing the top clubs will be able to coerce them into actions for their own benefit.
Is there a person with that experience who could be relied upon to regulate without showing bias? The record of this government suggests they'd appoint David Gill, Arsenne Wegner, Gary the Goatfeeder or Rick Parry.
Very good point here:
4 year investigation and they made 6 errors releasing the charges.
It's almost as though something made them rush the statement through...the white tape from the government perhaps? Or other clubs leaning on them?
Either way it's ridiculous that after 4 years the statement had errors in it.
I read a tweet I think from a journo saying “City are trying to drown the PL in paper” Wish I could remember who it was.‘The financial records’ does not encompass every document imo.
Or is this a red herring hoodwinking us into "thinking" they're incompetent and we will fall for it ? lolThis just sums them up. If they make mistakes like that in the inquiry we will eat them alive.
More likely in the Mails financial interestThey wanted to do it that way but the Daily Fail applied to the Court to have the charges at least made public as it was in the public interest.
What they did was knowingly deceive the authorities in this case UEFA. Writing off 50m to watch the grass grow at Stanley Park was outright bare faced and blatant deception. They knew eggsakkkly what they were doing was total maleficence.Dodging sanctions to benefit their club , but the plebs at the PL won’t turn over that stone , they’re “establishment”. Like Scudamore once said “A successful Manchester United” is good for the premier league , and that comment says it all.
