PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Fuck me I’ll be glad when this shit is all over, our name has been tarnished by cunts for years, absolutely sick of it. The fact the club has done so well, on and off the pitch in all this time is a testament to the character of our club. The cunts have been trying to nail us for years and they have failed. CMON CITY

It’ll only be over if and when we stop winning and drop into mid table obscurity so we’re no longer a threat to the cartel

If we are cleared there’s absolutely no chance that the decision will be accepted by anybody outside the club and our fans

No one has answered me about this point so here goes:
Can someone tell me why the charges go back to 2009 when PL FFP came into force in 2014?
Is it trying to blacken our character so other lesser charges can be seen in a worse light?

Afaik (and I'm most definitely a KFA), our charges aren't really FFP related at all but more in respect of false accounting.

I think one of the charges relates to wetting the grass too much when we played the Scousers.

Apparently Melissa Reddy is going to give evidence on behalf of the PL.

They’re waiting for the fixture list so they can kick it off just as we’re about to face Liverpool away, Arsenal away and Real Madrid away in the CL.

I'm bored of reading,and hearing the same nonsense from opposition fans and a bunch of dicks in the media pandering to them.
Plenty of the media are making some nice money out of generating hysteria amongst largely(willfully) ignorant football fans,so it'll run and run.

The fact that City's hearing has been sort of kicked into the long grass has been as much of a curse as a blessing.

Reading all this media hate against City makes me more than ever realise that the Panel must be independent and use their professional Judgement.
The media bias will always exist so get used to it.
No amount of education will stop this so stick to our hope / belief that a Panel will select fact over scapegoat.

I don't know but if a "date" has been set then it will be in the not too distant future - potentially this summer? There was talk about late 2025 but doubt it.
