PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That's not what i'm saying though. You have completely missed the point i'm making.

My point is that our detractors are expecting me to say that if City are found guilty of this "fraud" charge, I should be ashamed of the club, and I simply won't be. That's the end of the matter, I won't be responding again if you cannot grasp that.
I could never be ashamed of the club. I genuinely don’t care about the charges anymore. I get annoyed that I can’t watch any city game without the usual lies or listen to any football debate.

We haven’t committed fraud and it’s them that should be ashamed. Disgusting behaviour has crept into society. Look how people have treated poor Kate. It’s out of control and I for one won’t be taking part.

I see the debate about the club going onto the front foot or not is still raging whilst I've been sleeping.

It is frustrating that the club effectively just issued a brief, non-confrontational statement when charged and have said fuck all since then. I can't see that changing because as I posted last night it's just business to them. The level they work at involves far more challenging situations than this for starters and it's not affecting the progress or success of the club in any way. I'm certain that Khaldoon isn't raging after listening to Simon Jordan on TS or reading the latest shite Harris has posted on X. We as supporters feel it entirely differently to them and that's not changing.

If disaster struck and we ended up relegated to God knows where and they couldn't overturn it then our owner would decide what he wanted to do with the club. It's not going to dent his finances in any meaningful way and I'm sure he'd get over it far quicker than we would.
Both the PL & City wanted to keep details of the hearings private, but the courts ruled otherwise.

It maybe frustrating not getting daily blow by blow accounts of what's taking place, but City will have their reasons for favouring privacy & to be honest, if it were up to me I'd probably do the same.

Trust City & Trust the process. Our boys are professionals who know what they're doing & why. )(

Let me grab another beer and word one...
It’s very much an ex tempore, in vino, statement, but here goes:

“Manchester City have carefully noted recent developments around Premier League financial regulations and share concerns about the length of time it is taking for its innocence to be demonstrated. Whilst the club voted against these regulations before they were implemented, it has complied with them since, which is why it has strenuously denied these allegations throughout this process, and has provided overwhelming evidence to support this. The club has yet to see any evidence that supports these allegations.

Manchester City have been fully cooperating in relation to these charges, and remain confident that the club will be fully exonerated around compliance with its financial obligations to the Premier League.

The club nonetheless supports the principle that the rules that govern finances within the most commercially successful sporting competition on the planet are fair, transparent and sustainable - and welcome the opportunity to work with the rest of the league to achieve that.“

I have just finished watching the TV series called The Farm with Jeremy Clarkson, and I have basically come to the conclusion that FFP is basically the same as what farmers have to put up with in there industry!! If you watch it then it’s basically Clarkson is Man City and the rest of the village and local council is the red top elites who are blocking everything he is trying to do from building a car park to a farm shop out of just pure snobbery,

Bit early for a schmoke mate.

When city and the PL wanted it to be kept private, who was the opposition in court that was pushing for it to be made public?

Going back to CAS. One of the 3 Judges found City guilty. Was there a reason or reasons published for that decision?
I believe the reason was something to do with that shameless jerkoff 3rd judge being appointed by UEFA...

More than a hint of starting a running commentary, which both parties have refrained from to date.

How can you say nothing has changed? In over a year? Loads has changed.
Nothing has changed in regards to Citys' position in this whole farago
The club are maintaining radio silence for the moment, rightly so because the know nowts in the background will pick up on any throwaway comment and likely use such comment in an attempt to further blacken our name.
City are confident that they will win and that will do for me.

Simon Jordan is full of shit , he keeps on repeating that we got off with the UEFA charges at CAS because some charges were time barred , which is a load of bollocks , these time barred issued were never tried or judged. If they were we would have defended the charges that were time barred but we didnt get the opportunity to prove our innocence
In Jordan's simple little world because charges were time barred we were guilty, he is thick as pig shit , he uses big words to make himself look intelligent and knowledgable , he is just a nonce with a 1990's hair style playing to the Rag/Dipper audience Takshite crave , he is a fucking moron along with his side kick Jim "Billy liar" White who used to talk into his mobile phone on transfer deadline day when there was no one on the other end of the phone , claiming he had breaking news from his "source" he is a f*cking fraud as well , Jordan and White are the perfect partnership , two cheeks of the same arse.

We provided the defence evidence, but CAS ruled that the breaches were time-barred, hence our evidence was null & void.

However, the likes of Jerk-Off Jordan won't allow the small matter of the facts to get in the way of his routine braindead character assassination of City.
