PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

In the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter; thanks to our experts on here, Stefan included, I'm reasonably confident we will prevail and the PL will not be able to make the case against us.

In the court of public opinion it does matter.
We’ve lost court of opinion so that doesn’t really matter. The tw@ts have managed to stain the club, and no amount of bleaching and scrubbing will completely shift it. It unfortunately is what it is.

Let’s just win the case and carrying on winning the trophies. F#ck everything else

I get it Stefan is your hero he can do no wrong.

Do either of you think that when the discussion turned to City, Stefan did us any favours?
Stefan is not my hero - clearly a (now) fat Georgian is/was/is.

I don't expect favours, from the radio or the courts, I expect res ipsa loquitur, and acting like a fkn drama queen is not a good look (apologies to all drama queens on here (at least seven at last count)

doesn't matter really, I live down south and all I see is City shirts on all the kids. They couldn't give a flying fuck about the charges, they just want to see Haaland score another hatrick

I listened and everything said was factually correct.
We should all know it, it’s been explained numerous times and most of us have had to defend our club at one point or another, albeit not on National radio.
The fraud element is very important and whilst it may be getting used to sensationalise the case, the reality is that there is no ongoing criminal investigation, of which there would undoubtedly be one should there be a whiff of evidence supporting the fact that professional companies have acted, on an industrial scale, for us to falsely navigate FFP.
Our counsel will, I am sure, have made submissions regarding such absurd claims and may just be one of the strands of the investigation that the Premier league counsel are now trying to navigate away from. No fraud equals a much reduced chance of any of the charges sticking.
Whilst SJ may like to shout his move off, in the moment, I would suggest that a controlled, knowledgeable response, from an informed position a far better approach to take.
Our owners and board are confident for a reason.
We were made a laughing stock by all and sundry when the 115 were announced.
I would pose to you that he who laughs last, laughs longest.

I am not an apologist for Stefan but if you were expecting an independent expert to defend our club on Talk Sport you picked the wrong site, you need to stick to Blue Moon. Regards the charges obviously we are being accused of fraud that is why it's so serious and why ultimately we will win because to prove that will be very difficult
Stefan has done his job in educating J to take the fraud allegations.. W takes the one J used to have for FFP and Stefan ejudicates.

Progress I would say.

Today was the perfect opportunity for Stefan to leave Pinky and Perky stunned and speechless and to convert hundreds of thousands of listeners who are fans of rival clubs into stalwart supporters of our club.

He fucked it up big style ...
@GSW Blue obviously didn’t see the sarcasm in your post.

Am I the least popular poster on this forum today :-)
I think you should give Stefan a break. There was nothing I heard on there for him to defend. Most of the arguments were about respective costs of legal fees. However, City were found guilty a long time ago in the Inquisition like court of Talksport and their "Red Top" jury. It is simply a waste of energy getting angry about.

Best keeping the powder dry and the names of the sneering wankers in the little black book for the day we are cleared of all charges.
