You can expect that the first few days of the hearing will be reading days where the panel will have written skeleton arguments that refer to a wider digital bundle with references to key docs. This will allow the panel to familiarise itself with the issues, the positions and the documents that each side says support their case/undermine the other sides case.

Some of the posts on there are hilarious today. Apparently, we're intimidating anyone who opposes us. No proof of this, obviously. But the simpleton who posted it has it on good authority. Of course he does. And we also don't care about anyone else other than ourselves. Like none of the other "big" clubs are any different. Riiiight.

First, do those circling ever mention what was actually time-barred at CAS? Because the only things that were time-barred were Etisalat and one of three years for which UEFA alleged disguised equity funding of the Etihad sponsorship.

For Etisalat the club put forward a compelling explanation in their submission to CAS, which I am quite happy to accept as reasonable.

For Etihad, the allegations weren't proven for the two years that weren't time-barred, so there is no reason to believe they would have been in the one time-barred year.

Basically, the time-barring argument is bollocks.

Second, there is time limitation in the PL case against the club. Although this is something those circling refuse to accept by putting fingers in their ears. Actually, the PL needs to show deliberate concealment to look at anything before 2017. I am pretty sure they won't be able to do that with Mancini, although they may have a better case on player payments (we don't have enough information on that to judge, really). For Etihad and Etisalat, if the allegations are the same as UEFA's charges you can expect the same outcome unless the PL has something really incriminating. Which I think is very unlikely.

With sausages I think the best thing to do is put plenty of HP sauce on and don't think too much about the contents.

It's probably because it is for the club and not him personally.

He did seem very chipper when replying to the question about the charges, like another poster alluded to it was very upbeat and borderline cocky.

About time if you ask me.

To anyone who pays any attention to what the press or fans of other clubs say:

Try not to take on board anything you read in the media or on social media and just absorb information from people on here who know what they are talking about. It's what I do, it's much better health-wise and, more to the point, you can then make up your own mind based on the input of knowledgeable people who have actual valuable experience. Even better, having done that you can easily ignore the ramblings of all the other morons and quietly laugh at their ignorance.

I replied nah man city bud, then I got the full onslaught of abuse, cheats,115, oil money ect etc
I said whoa mate, let's see what happens when the verdicts arrive
He continued with city bingo phrases and getting more angry by the second
Then it turned nasty and very heated
My family and grandchildren were very scared and upset
Luckily for us the bar staff and other customers witnessed everything and jumped in and escorted the dickhead out of the bar before it got proper out of hand
I couldn't believe what had just happened
This is now becoming a serious social problem
We need this sorting one way or another soon

I have yet to meet a single
Spanish football supporter who has anything but praise for City. In fact they want reflective glory that Pep and Rodri are part of our setup.

Maybe holiday season where you go has become too populated with City haters.
