absolutely not, when they give their decision they have to justify it from a legal standpoint whatever it may be hence the need to create the document with the reasoning in. They would leave themselves open to all kinds of legal challenges if a decision was given without the requisite reasoning being available to all parties and thats what will taken the time, even if they go ahead and throw out the majority of the charges they have to justify why they have done that in writing and you know what legal people are like (why write 5 words when 500 will do) sorry to all the legal folk but you have to justify your money somehow ;)

In a perverse way they'll be even more fucked if we're guilty....there'll be noone to blame for them being shit.

Agreed, The bits that have come out have mostly gone to the Times. Probably second hand info from club directors rather than systematic like UEFA. That said it is obvious that AFC, LFC. and MUFC are still in the loop and using info to damage us. Probably Levy as well. Of course the Judges will also know this as CAS did and it might help us. judges like to be seen to be impartial.

Obviously, the main thing for us is that we're cleared and if that happens I'll be more than happy but what would be even better is if City have not only presented irrefutable proof of our innocence to the panel, but also irrefutable proof of collusion amongst the red shirt cartel clubs and Spurs in order for them to spark off this despicable witch hunt, regardless of whether there was any evidence against us or not. In that scenario, I can imagine the panel absolutely going to town on our rivals when publishing their judgement. Then the whole world will see who the real cheats were.

I don’t see how the judgement can be leaked unless one of the judges is a mouthy ****. I don’t see how it’s possible for anyone to know the verdict until a few days, if not any days before it is due to be released.
