If exonerated it should be celebrated at every PL away ground culminating with a f#ck off end of season Etihad party wil Pl trophy back were it belongs next season (although not totally given up yet for this year)

Does seem odd that 3 clubs vote on rules that dont affect them because of relegation. Than 3 clubs are promoted and don't get to vote on the rules that well affect them
