If we had been told 6 months ago that September 2026 is " prime 115 liability stage judgment release territory." it would have stopped us all wondering why it was taking so fukin long! Nothing like a hindsight prediction! What makes him think this is that it's September and we haven't heard yet, I think if we get to October and still not heard we will be in "ultra prime 115 release stage" ;)
