PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Sorry to hear about your uncle. My dad died days before the QPR game in 2012 (although if he had made it that far, I think that game would have been the end of him).

I'm beginning to wonder if there are people not yet born who will have a full life and die still not knowing the outcome. In fact, I'm wondering if the 3 persons on the panel have died and don't know the outcome.

I reckon you speak for about 95% of all City fans,hopefully the NOT guilty verdict will come soon……although they do say it’s the hope that kills you.

I heard today from a good source that they could be an announcement this Friday. Reason for the long delay is didn’t want it hastily arranged and needed to be properly planned. Sequential approach to delivering of both cases with smaller one last week to avoid stitch up accusations etc. I have not seen the ruling summary yet but apparently prem league look pretty terrible in all of this so hopefully that means we should be cleared .

What did the APT settlement say? We’re confident of equal treatment moving forward? Hmmm
 
We also know City have settled over the APT case but we don’t know what was in it for them. In fact the last we were hearing was…..

“Manchester City are reportedly demanding that rivals such as Arsenal hand over ‘key and sensitive financial information’ amid their ongoing legal battle with the Premier League.”

When we were clearly pissed off with Rick Parry & left UEFA there was no announcement, no fan fare, nada, zilch but we are certain it was in response to the ban & leaks. We quietly built bridges & moved on.

We’ve been clearly pissed off with Levy & Lewis. My problem is the club owes it to the fans to “have their say” as promised.
