PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I still go back to my original viewpoint. A deal will be made before they bumble together a publication. It’s why masters has mentioned “independent” over and over and looking like he needs to take a dump anytime city is mentioned.

The legal team will say it’s supposed to take this long but the truth is far more simple but not in anyone’s interest, well apart from city or so it seems.

Cloak and daggers. It was sussed out on the internet, especially on here after a few months feeding on scraps. Yet the best legal minds in the country can’t write a summary and decide a simple fraud or not fraud case.

It has and always was/is a load of nonsense. The process from start to finish is grandstanding. Impossible to prove due to the high cogent level.

Tedious.

Stuart Pearce and beenie must be drafting the report zzzzzzzzzz. No chance of a win then, draw will have to do.

Interesting article From the Guardian. Seems clear that our friends at Mardarsenal were the chief wankers in our case. Lewis appointed 5 years ago, appears he won’t be missed by many.
Him and Levy going can only be good for us, whether it’s related to the decision or not.

Seems that Lewis was trying to get the pl to be goven in a way that best suited arsenal and not the other clubs.
Surprised we are still classed as state owned.

Probably the line he was pushing, with his mate the journalists wife feeding the media to create the narrative and demonise us.

Sounds like pure poison and good news he’s been fucked off.

The question is why would they leave if it wasn't related to us?

Fucking lawyers. It's always fucking lawyers, isn't it? A couple of points.

First, just because Levy was a quiet, duplicitous arsehole doesn't mean he was any less of an arsehole than Lewis.

Second, why would the "impending" verdict blow consensus out of the water? Unless it's favourable to City. Why is that the unspoken truth that all these journalists tip-toe around? Face it head on, you pathetic gimps.

Presuming we have been found not guilty of the majority of the charges, non cooperation being the sticking point why would we do a deal ???

You only have to look at how cartel club fans label Martin Samuel as a City shill, (because he has always seen ffp/psr for what it is) to see why the clickbait media aren't interested in genuine unbiased coverage.

Blue spectacles. A million possible reasons we know nothing about.
Even if not, it’s good for us and probably the rest of the league that he’s fucked off. Sounds like a right smacked arse toddler when he doesn’t get his way.

I have no idea how these changes will pan out but Lewis sounds to have been a domineering, table thumping, always right type which might explain why City went in hard on APT , knowing that Shareholder Loans, in which Arsenal had a big stake , were going to be exposed . Also makes me wonder if he was the driver behind 115 . The PL could have accepted the CAS decision and dropped their parallel investigations in 2023, instead of doubling down .....

And maybe Barney Ronay's foul piece of journalism in the same paper this week was sourced and inspired by Lewis . Most football journalists are clients of particular clubs . He's never going to write anything like this piece about City is he ?

These Guardian pieces always make me laugh. They’re clearly meant for intelligent readership by the way they’re written. You’d imagine intelligent people are less likely to have the wool pulled over their eyes. It seems not, though.

Yes. Just shows how much we are all ruled by our base emotions , whatever your IQ.

Guardian readers equate going to a football match to visiting the opera.

In my experience what we desire transcends intelligence. Really surprising how many intelligent people are so dumb in that regard tbh.
