PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

As a matter of interest in what capacity were you meeting them and how did it come around to discussing the case, were the aware you were a City fan
 
So when the new rules come in they can try and charge us again can they not?
After all they've gone after us with the old rules, they are that thick and anti city that it wouldn't surprise me if they tried the charges all over again.

Well, the present charges only go up to 2018 as that's when they charged us and they can't just add each season as they go along. So there's that... ;)

Reading the comments it's all City's fault that PSR is being dropped because apparently with have bribed the Premier League to drop the charges. Proof that their campaign to tarnish City has worked with the masses.

We must already comply with the Uefa one as it is, given we are in the CL, so don't think that should be an issue. It was the PL version we had an issue with and demonstrated was unlawful, and then accepted a tweaked version via the settlement. However long for.

Well, APT rules will form part of the SCR rules even if SCR is scrapped so maybe they waited for clarity on the APT case before changing. Not like the PL to wait for confirmation of legality before doing anything though.

What gets me, is that the PL (apparently) say they are coming in line with UEFA rules by doing this. But, unless I am very wrong, and I may be, UEFA rules still include a PSR component that clubs in European competitions will have to meet, so I have no idea what they are talking about / doing .....

I’m guessing they were playing to the audience (you). No way these guys are opening their mouths like this in a public way and yet no media leaks. Just not having it. They know nothing.

City agreeing to the new APT rules at a cost to the EPL shows how significant it was
