Fair enough, but given the consequences of a civil war, I would say they would be utterly foolish, grossly incompetent and quite mad to not be inimical to the notion.

tbf they have demonstrated they are at least two of those things, so you may be right.

That said none of this is what I am describing as nonsense in these constant posts about the decision being out and lots of stuff happening in the background. We even have a contemporaneous statement from Pannick and yet people persist with this.

I would hazard a guess that not a single person on here believes a random rags post, although I found it strange how they could find it in them to hate us more if we're found substantially clear of the charges. Shouldn't they be celebrating the fact that justice prevailed?

And they settled the APT case, on conditions we are assuming were acceptable to the club, so presumably they balanced consequences of continuing to a hearing against the acceptability of an outcome?

Like the law of the land, I assume innocence until there is clear proof to the contrary. A large number of accusations is not proof. It is that simple.

We will see what we will see.

I expect a clear explanation whichever way the panel’s decision goes.

I expect they would prefer to avoid civil war. Only prefer though. That said I'm not sure they entirely understand what the impact of any decision will be and how that decision will be received by each individual club.

Pep in press conference shortly after the alleged breaches were announced, blamed the CEO 's at rival clubs . He even named one, Daniel levy, who has left his position at Spuds. The other Tim Lewis has been huge supporter of FFP .
