LOL the season starts at the weekend, they are still posting cards out on the Wednesday before and telling people to wait until Friday and see what happens.

What if the tickets dont show up by Saturday morning (which is likely for many people it would seem considering the current problems) - hundreds of people have to wait and fight at the ticket office at 7pm after a days work on Monday before the game.

You are right I wouldnt call that a shambles at all, just negativity for the sake of it like you said....

There were a lot of smart arses on here over the last week or two, accusing those of us who have been let down of 'twitching', or 'flapping', or needlessly critcising the club, and smugly assuring us we would all have our tickets in plenty of time. Where are these know-it-alls now?

Not having a good time of it lately are shortsight. Mine came last week, looking at it right now....

Why is it a shambles? You received the card well ahead of the first game.

I would say that they have done you proud to be honest but I am not a fan of complaining for no reason. Or were you massively excited for your bracelet?

To be honest im not one to moan, but i paid for a product, wasnt just a tenner neither this product, will the club refund our calls we have to make, or the inconvenience its going to cost me?
 
My Gold finally arrived today. Love the booklet, the bracelet is okay, and I see they included shoelaces to hang ourselves with next time we lose to the rags.
 
Actually I paid a grand for 2 season tickets many weeks ago.

Its obviousy too much to expect these to be delivered in time for the first game of the season without having to make several phone calls and for many people on here it would seem make a trip to he stadium and wait for god knows how long on the first day of the season after a day at work.

If some people think this is acceptable well maybe that is why we are getting this level of service.

Ah yes, the man who denied the club ever promised to send the cards out by the end of July "because I'm on the OS every day'.
And was shown to be incorrect. Or illiterate.
You keep staring at your card, and I'll keep trying to get through on the phone.
 
x2 plats still haven't arrived.

Down to the ticket office tomorrow on my day off.

I'm not holding out much hope on my Bolton ticket arriving either.
