I forgot about Zaba - signed for Barca two years ago didn't he?

Pretty sure Silva is at barca now as I read a lot of speculation about it last season, they must have signed him after we sold him to Madrid

As he develops, could he perhaps move up from CB to succeed Yaya in midfield?

From what I've seen, I've already said he's too good for his present position. I'm fully expecting him to playa more aadvanced role in seasons to come.

Utter nonsense. He has none of the qualities required. He's a CB and always will be, it's quite simple.

The last CD that looked this good in a handful of starts for city was Van Buyten! He was a rock and so dominant at the Back that at the time he was clearly to good for us.

At this early stage the VK / EM partnership is looking awesome, just hope it pans out somewhere close to this level for the next couple of years and we are on for good times.

Ha, it's a compliment in a round about way, just watching his video , he mentioned he's a player who 'will always want more' if he carries on playing the way he is it wont be long until madrid/barca come knocking and he doesn't strike me as the loyal type.

Probably the way he forced his way to us by making aboslutely no noise at all towards leaving, saying he wouldn't even consider it untill after the WC and continually saying he was happy in Porto. :/

He doesn't strike me as disloyal at all, quite the opposite. Benatia was the one offering himself about like a cheap hooker, Mangala seemed very focused on what was immediately in front of him (much to the anger of many on here).
