despite an expected backlash i am going to say i wouldn't have played him. dzeko could have handled everton. they are a bunch of thugs and were always going to target kun. roma is a far bigger game.
Any chance of next Weds winning lottery numbers

Re: Sergio Aguero

without serge , with the squad we have we should win the league games, and dzeko will do the job in roma

Anyone else dream about the injury last night?

Had a dream I was looking for Sergio and ended up finding him working on some family market stall. Spoke about the injury and he was upbeat, telling me it wasn't as bad as they thought it would be!

Strange choice of recouperation regime.

Was Lineker helping him bag the veg?

I'd lay off the cheese and wine, mate.

As others have said; no way would the manager and the rest of the team have let him walk off with an injury that was serious.
True, there are too many small minded weak pessimistic cnuts on here.

His tears maybe adding to the hysteria here

It looked to me like his tears didn't appear to be pain I think he was just so frustrated with the situation he's in such great form and happy with his football that the timing for him couldn't be worse (if there's ever a good time to have an injury) just praying it's just a slight tug and we'll see him back within 8 weeks or so, ligament injuries are notoriously difficult to assess in terms of layoff he'll have the best people dealing with his recovery the club will see to that so it's a waiting game. It's no good being a pessimistic naysayer and painting it with doom and gloom like many on here we are where we are and the club have to deal with business without Kun for as long as it takes however frustrating the wait will be.

Re: Sergio Aguero

He's probably thought of the December fixture list and started crying at the thought of missing these games! He could've had 10 goals this month!

You need to get out more!

Re: Sergio Aguero

So our Sergio. The man who plays the game in the right spirit, the man who never, ever dives, has just ripped his knee ligaments trying to stay on his feet through two tough tackles. The same lad who got booked by that twat last week for a non dive. You could not fucking well make it up. Don't know weather sadness or anger is my overriding emotion at the moment. Grrrr. Chin up Serg, get well soon.

Dzeko clearly wasn't fit enough to play from the start that's why Pozo had to fill in

Re: Sergio Aguero

I'd hazard a guess that Keys knows fuck all. Probably won't be able to do a scan before Monday or Tuesday so we might know more then. And if it is unfortunately serious, then we'll have the chance to prove to the world that we're not just a one-man team, which we certainly did last season.
