He literally cannot play 3 games in a row anymore without doing a muscle. Can't even say he was rushed back either as he hardly took part in the last few games before he had a break before meeting up with the national team. Really concerning this the last thing we need is a new Santa Cruz.

If he wasn't recovered then he was rushed back

Thankfully the season doesn't start until 2 months

Correct,think he needs at least 6 weeks to rest,hes had constant football

Yes,a constant break,suspect he is pushing himself all the time.

he's becoming a liability, to the point where I'm starting to consider having a 2nd top class striker at the club because he can't be trusted to stay fit anymore.

It's a shame but he has to get beyond this, he can't become an Owen or a Rodwell.

Noboy knows what it was, it may well be they took him off as a precaution to keep him fit for the later rounds. He certainly didn't look in any great difficulty when he walked off to me. It didn't look world cup ending, never mind career ending....

Noboy knows what it was, it may well be they took him off as a precaution to keep him fit for the later rounds. He certainly didn't look in any great difficulty when he walked off to me. It didn't look world cup ending, never mind career ending....

I dont think it was just a precaution tbh for later matches
From what i seen he fell to the ground with no one near him.....

This. He did the same during the season for us too - Spurs I think? - and was out for a couple of months afterwards. A bit worrying to be honest.
