At this point there is absolutely no benefit to booing the anthem. City and UEFA are now (strained) allies by all accounts, Ilkay has indirectly said it doesn’t help the players, and Pep has come straight out and said we shouldn’t be doing it any more.
The booing does nothing at best, and hurts the club and players at worst.

UEFA is still a corrupt organisation that needs razing and building back up from a new foundation, but I love and care more about City far more than I despise UEFA, and will defer to what they know to be best moving forward (I imagine that is to try to affect change via direct influence now).Yes true, i dislike UEFA as much as the next blue and it seems like a lot of other fanbases dislike them too.

It hasn’t stopped them ripping Real and Bayern apart. This is a case where you CAN have your cake and eat it.How is booing ufea better or more important than us winning treble???
