Brilliant performance by the lads tonight, special praise for Gabby worked his socks off and took that goal really well. Fully deserved win and in the second half, Madrid did'nt cause many problems at all. Everyone contributed tonight and although Lyon will not be easy it is game we should go into with no fear.

Absolutely a pen,you can bet if it was a Madrid player it would have been given,it’s one of the few things that can stop us going all the way,ref and VAR that is ..

It was bizzare how BT glossed over it. Checked my phone and had a couple of non-city mates saying 'where is VAR?'.
