Red Card for Glen Johnson?!?!?!

In my opinion there is a very significant difference between Mancini (a manager) and Rooney (a player) asking for a red card.

I don't think their actions can be compared (Skrtel/Kompany) and it irks me when they are in the 'Mancini hypocracy' arguments.

Gerrard's behaviour in the tunnel was like something from Jeremy Kyle. No breeding that lad. Remember earlier behaviour should have seen him in jail.

Gerrards club recently issued a written statement requesting that a player be charged by the FA.

So he can fuck right off.

You can complain to the FA here

What is the purpose of complaining to fa while it is clear they have double standard on clubs?

It is clear fa as an organization is undetermined itself. while fa complained for FIFA on Rooney's open foul and the have two different rules for Barclays Premier League clubs.

I don't want action taken on Johnson I want Kompany's red card rescinded. If the referee deemed Johnson's tackle not worthy of a free kick then Kompany should be allowed to play in the next game. This would happen in a world where our sport is governed by people with common sense.

This is a really good point. Does anybody know who in the F.A is tasked with making decisions on the referees judgement?

This guy.

nailed on red card , wouldnt have made any difference to the result , but johnson would have missed 2nd leg , Steven Gerrard needs to shut his fucking mouth , one game a season wonderboy

Last night our crowd sounded like Arsenals; sang fuck all and moaned like girls at every tackle that went in, even perfectly fair ones. I thought our fans were appalling last night!
I don't think this will surprise anyone. Two tackles involving City, 1 red card, 1 no free kick, neither correct, and its our fans you complain about.

in reality, both were not even a booking. However if Kompany`s was a confirmed red card by the faceless panel at the FA then there should be some consistancy in the space of 3 days and Johnson should have gone, there is too much at stake now for such obvious inconsistency by alleged professional referees. All we want is consistancy, not just for certain clubs and certain players.
