I don’t have a narrative,though you obviously do. It is anomalous in pure statistical terms that the team with record possession is not receiving record numbers of penalties because there is an obvious correlation between the two. If you can explain that anomaly, I’m all ears. If you can’t even recognise that the anomaly exists then the discussion becomes a little pointless.You said we should receive more penalties and we have but of course its meaningless if it does not suit your narrative.
Its great to see now that myth has been debunked, the narrative (not neccessarily by you) has changed and its oh what minute did we get the pen, was the sun shining bright, who was it against.Can I suggest guys you do a bit of research yourself rather than be blinkered by your own bias?
Likewise if you can’t see that the pressure in relation to a penalty decision at 2-1 in the 60th minute is an entirely different thing from the same decision when it’s 5-0 in the 90th minute again the discussion is pointless.
