I think Mahrez is a top quality player who hasn't quite gotten to the levels required of our team, but I think he will get there as long as he puts in a shift when he plays.
He seems a bit predictable and tends to cut back rather than go at the defenders.
It took Bernie a while to settle in so there's still time for him.

It seems that other clubs welcome and support their new signings, whereas on BM so many look to find fault and criticise.
I get it that the fuckwits who " support " the rags and dippers are mainly social inadequates and braindeads , but ffs some of the posts on here about our own players are just unbelievable .
We as supporters have a reputation for supporting our club and players through thick and thin, but sometimes I just have to shake my head in disbelief , when I read the posts on here .
Let's home 2019 brings a different approach .

That first opportunity he had he was perfectly entitled to shoot, but that is just my opinion. Would have been a great goal.

The fact of the matter is that Mahrez started only in one out of 4 games we have lost this season.
The truth of the mtter is that he played very well in most of the big fixtures:
- He was the only threat against Liverpool and put in a shift bar the penalty which even the likes of Maradonna, Bagio and Zico missed in more important occasions.
- He gave the assist for Aguero goal that clinched the draw against Lyon,
- He gave an assist to Aguero against the rags.
- He scored the winner against Spurs.
He only went missing against Chelsea.
These are undeniable facts, the rest are opinions, speculations and assumptions.

Yeah, Im a bit disappointed with Mahrez, he doesnt seem right for us somehow, bit of a one trick pony, not sure why Pep wanted him so bad. For some reason I still see him as a Leicester player.
I’m trying to find a site that can give me details of minutes City players have played in all completions this year & struggling to find it.
Arguing with a mate here, I’m saying it’s Mahrwz (Cos I remember Dave Jones saying it the night of the Capital one cup game against Leicester)
I know that might have changed now, but still just looking for a site I can gather it.
Does anyone know of any place or at least tell me if I am right or wrong?
