To be honest, i can see why Madrid used him off the bench most of the time. He's seems more cold than hot. No doubting his talent, but bellamy did more in 20 mins on the left than Bob did all game. He's now become expendable with the talent we have.

lol

I don't mean fuck him off, i mean make him work for his place by benching him every now and again until he pulls his finger out.

It depends how you judge productivity, but for Robinson Robinho would have two well taken goals. He can turn a game in a second, that's why he should always start if available IMO.

Thats exactly the dilemma with Robinho. If you prefer all action, constant involvement and a willingness to die for the cause, then he would probably frustrate the hell out of you. If you are after a split second of magic that can win you a game in the blink of an eye, then he is a must.

Yes but please don't compare Robbie to two all time greats.

Maybe he is not at their level, but he is still the most importent player at City.

Without him we lack creativity, you wont win anything, just by running around and kicking people.

Nope. If someone said to me that from tomorrow I can choose one player Robbie or Ireland to be out all season, I would not even have to think about it. Ireland is by far our most important player. Not most talented, not best goalscorer, not best tackler-just most consistent all round player we have.

Fair enough mate Ireland is very importent to us, I just would pick Robbie because he is our most creative player, and without that you win nowt.

I thought Robbie had a pretty good game today (as did everyone who played).

He asked two questions of Robinson, which he was unlucky to have saved (2 of 3 shots on target).

He played multiple passes into the danger zone and he was all over the pitch (24 of 29 passes complete).

Hardly a poor game by anyone's standards. I believe the only reason he came off is he looked rather tired.

Bellamy only managed one shot in 90 minutes.
