Honestly Im starting to believe City is his least prefered option. When you think about it, its here there would be the most competition to start. Both at united and Juve he would be guaranteed starter

Rags and Juve don't need to sell - if he preferred those teams it would have been done now.

Juventus is the most unstable out of the three clubs in my view. Who knows with the rags. They could have the money, but are they trying to sign RvP just to shift season tickets?

When do Arsenal leave for their training camp in Germany?

I think they are already there along with RvP.

Says to me that we're still some way off any resolution to this situation. I think Tolmie's post about it being necessary for us to move a forward on is incredibly prescient in that I don't see us getting Van Persie because I don't see us getting a deal we're happy with for Tevez or Dzeko.

Tevez ain't going Dzeko will be the one to make way

On paper maybe, but in reality are we going to get a bid of in excess of 20 million pounds for Dzeko from a club who are then going to offer him at least the same wages he's on at City. Highly doubtful in my opinion.

Yeah Dzeko will leave for a fairly big loss. I expect him to be leave for around half of what he cost

I am not reading anything in RvP joining Arsenal's training camp as he needs to get match sharp and he could still go back to England if any deal has been agreed. I personally think Juve could up their offer for Edin if they fail to land van Persie, as they had been linked before we had signed him.

Why would the club sanction that when both is wages and transfer fee count towards FFPR. It would be in direct contradiction to the manner in which we've been trying to do business both last January and this summer. As I say a more likely scenario is that he simply goes nowhere and has another season to prove himself with us.
