Not every failed appeal results in an increase. You are aware of that. It's only increased if the FA deem it frivolous. Such as their being damning video evidence.

I want Rooney to play in the semi, if there is ever a manager who can instill the siege mentality in his players, its that sodden old pisscan.

He could spin Rooney missing the semi into the rest of his team having the game of their lives because the 'world is against them' (FFS), and as much as it pains me to say it - I dont (yet) believe Bobby can get our lads as up for a derby as Ferguson can get the rags up for it.

Anyone on here who thinks the ban will be extended to 3 games want a bet on it? I would bet a good few quid that the ban will be reduced to one game at the very least.

You know what the greatest sportsman that has ever lived did when people had something negative to say about him, he'd just say "what?" in the faces of his opponents, to the media, to fans of other clubs. He didn't say "fucking what?" nor did he shout "FUCKING what?" nor did he scowl or try and make himself look hard... he just said "what?". There was no answer to it. He'd won a game or a title and there was nowt anyone could do. He didn't offend anyone or go against the rules but in one word told the whole world to fuck right off. Rooney obviously doesn't have his stature, nor does he have that kind of intelegence to realise one word, even if it's whispered, is much more powerful than frowning and tensing and pretending you're an MMA fighter and shouting swear words!

Michael Jordan, Chicago Bulls I'm on about.

It is going to get reduced, Brian the Blue said so. Myself and the others who don't think it will get reduced are, again according to Brian the Blue, clueless.

Read it again, I didn't say you called anyone clueless, I said Brian the Blue did. He said anyone who things the ban won't get reduced is clueless. I have it bookmarked ready to throw back at his paranoia-filled head.
