Running thread

25 mins and 3.84km last night in what felt like the heat of a fucking oven.

Hard work!

only problem is...last time I looked i was a bloke!
Also I ran that time on a synthetic track not a park run....
I have no talent at all and am totally ordinary.....just trained regularly at the time.....
Anyway we were talking weight loss.....people over complicate....
Eat 2000 calories a day as a bloke run enjoy it and your body will find its natural weight....
Not all city fans drink 10 pints on match day!, ;-)
 
You ran 3 minutes outside a track world record 5k?? Where and when was this? Not a parkrun surely??
No at Stanley park Blackpool on track? It was a while ago .....I don't even know if track is still there?
It's all about the journey.....
Anyone running at all ....any time is doing fine.

I was only justifying I do know a bit about weight loss etc.....
I just ran a slow sweaty one hour tonight....
Like I said just get out and enjoy it.....most running is done in your mind. People said barriers for themselves...like l can't run under 25 mins for 5k say? Then it becomes a issue rather than just running......I have a very simple and holistic approach?

Just assumed you meant 15 min park run which would have surely made you in the top 1% !
Still, amazing times for them distances.
