These figures indicate a complete collapse iof the front line is imminent. It would already have happened if it wasn't for the institution of three lines of defence with Mobik Cannon Foder up front (1st line), preserving the veterans (2nd line) but with blocking units as 3rd line (Airbourne + Rosgvardiya) behind to shoot those running away.

It is true,between 15-20 km they moved and fortified.
They wont blow the dam as the East side is a lot lower,so they would flood their own troops and equipment.
