Russian invasion of Ukraine

Try this for the balance the rest of us were trying to make. Seems more reasonable than Azov goosestepping through Kyiv, no?

So far 22,000 people effected by flooding. Causalities are going to be high. Flood levels expected to rise for next 72 hours. Russia continued to shell the area where evacuation efforts are being carried out on Ukrainian side of Dnipro.

Kazkova Dibrova zoo completed flooded and all 300 animals dead. It was impossible to evacuate the animals as the park was mined. Previously, every day, two workers risked their lives to feed the animals whilst Russians took pot shots at them.

OK this is where we shall have to agree to dissagree.

You evidently stand by your statements and because of that you come across to me as some kind of weird Putin apologist.
I assure you I'm not. I guess when it comes down to it, I'm really just over-thinking this whole thing and I'm genuinely worried about the possibility of having a hydra situation where one problem could transform into an even bigger problem. If this was the match day thread then you could accuse me of being a flapper ;)

And you thought this issue was so important to discuss today, on the day a dam has just been blown up killing god knows how many people?

You need to get a grip!

The wrong side is clearly Putin, and man armed with nuclear weapons and a massive Army that has invaded a sovereign state.

Not a couple of hundred far right nutters defending their land.

Exactly!

And he/she is also very worried about what might happen if the poor Ukrainians manage to keep themselves and their families alive by the end of the war.

I would think most normal people would be worried that the Ukrainians might lose and what would happen then.

If so then you should know better than to big up their leaders propoganda.

Still ignoring my question I see.
You are getting this all wrong. Read my previous posts,I've never taken a pro Russian stance and secondly I wasn't ignoring your question because I didn't have an answer, I ignored it because it's one of those "whataboutism" type of questions. There must be a huge number of fascists and nazis in the Russian army but does that make it right for the Ukrainians to also have Nazis of their own? Why can't we just condemn the Nazi elements on both sides? It might seem like simplifying things but that's how I like to live my life. If somethings right then it's right and if it's wrong then it's wrong.
