I think you're straying from the point. His previous transgressions (which are considerable) were only brought up in response to you stating that you liked Suarez.
There's no hyprocrisy here, as there isn't really a precedent on the issue in hand, namely that of racist abuse of a fellow player, that I can think of in the recent era.

My point is about hypocrisy. I don't recall there being too many cries of "kick Shawcross out of England" after his tackle which almost ended Ramsey's career.
